Easter Sunday

We colored eggs this morning and then Kyle came over and we talked about the Easter Story, so that we all remembered the most important part of the day....Christ was resurrected! All of the the kids' clues to finding their Easter baskets are related to the Easter Story. It was such a nice morning! In the afternoon we got to watch General Conference. What a great day!!
Guess whose egg this is?????
Did I mention Callahan got Fablehaven 5 in his Easter Basket???
This is my favorite picture of the day. Kenzi got a couple Franklin books in her Easter basket and Kyle read them to her....which is her all time favorite thing to do!!

Easter Egg Hunt with the neighbors

Every year, come rain, shine or freak snow storm, our sweet neighbors, The Vighs, host an Easter Egg Hunt in their backyard. It was so fun to see neighbors that we haven't seen all winter! The kids had a blast:0) Thanks Vighs!

Kenzi loved looking at the Schaffer's goldfishies!

Caden found the golden egg!
Scott got to hold all the loot!!

Baby Kate was happy to just play with an egg!

Mansfield with the Caseys

We went to Mansfield for lunch with Caseys and then to the bike trail in Lexington. We rented some bikes and rode for an hour on the 18 mile bike trail. It was a gorgeous Good Friday and we had a ball! Of course we had to end the visit with ice cream and some fun at the playground:)

Kyle's 19th Birthday

We had Danielle and our families over for Kyle's birthday dinner. After dinner and presents and cake and cookies, we play Loaded Questions. We ended up laughing hysterically for 10 minutes after answering a question, thanks to Grandpa! Long story, and if I even tried to explain it, it wouldn't be funny now, but it was incredibly funny then. (ANTAR!!) While we were playing and laughing, Kenzi was lining up her shoes on the kitchen table and sticking a marker in each. Whatever keeps you busy!!

SURPRISE!

Kristie had a surprise birthday party for her dear friend, Amanda. It worked! She was surprised! It was so fun to plan and prepare and anticipate! What sweet fun girls!

Busy Stampin' months

January through March are Sale-a-bration months at Stampin' Up! I had about one workshop (at least) each week through March. My sales in March were the highest ever! I came home from my last workshop of the month and had an email with the subject line, "I want to be a demonstrator". What a great way to end the month! One more recruit which means I get the new catalog that comes out in July EARLY!! How early? Who knows! I am just so excited!!

Chef Marchant and Chef Hinckley

Jacob Marchant slept over the other night. They wanted pancakes in the morning, so I taught them how to make them! We even made Mickey Mouse pancakes! They loved cooking!!

Kyle and Kenz

At the Pinewood Derby, Kyle was holding Kenzi. She was very curious about his whiskers. I thought these were such cute pictures:) What a patient, loving big brother. Love that!

Pinewood Derby 2010

It's that time of year again! Callahan made his pinewood derby car yellow with CTU (Cable Ties Unlimited) on the side. He ended up winning the race:) He will go on to Districts April 17th.
